Our goal is to help young athletes and parents from around the world to improve as both people and golfers. Our role is to help them navigate the maze of junior development while preparing them to play their best golf in the future. We are aware that most juniors/student athletes have their own technical coaching team but struggle to find support in other key aspects, such as; Lifestyle Management, Goal Setting, Strength & Conditioning, Nutrition and Practice and Tournament Preparation, to name just a few!

ABOUt US
Online Junior Golf is a worldwide consultancy for aspiring junior golfers with a desire to reach their goals.
Our team is formed by some of the most world renowned development coaches, with areas of expertise reaching far beyond technical swing improvements. We have over 100 years of combined experience in helping players on the journey from county/ high school golf, to regional and national squads and then through college recruitment. We have walked the journey with many students all the way to the professional ranks, with clients playing on most of the worldwide major tours.

Online Junior Golf was formed in the UK by Roly & Steve who have over 50 years professional coaching experience working with junior development programmes. Between them, they have a track record of taking young male & female golfers right the way through to national squads, US College Programmes and into the professional ranks.
However, both recognised a frustration from parents and other coaches as they struggled to build a team around players with all the necessary skills required. This was further confirmed during a period of lockdown, when Roly & Steve were forced online with players and started to see huge gains in skill and strategic development through collaboration, accountability, and online tools. They found this fast tracked the development process as there was more detailed contact time, better use of resources and improved player interaction. In other words, players got better, quicker.
